EPDM recycling
Goal: processing of EPDM automotive profiles and EPDM roofing sheets

This development aims for the production of EPDM granulates, powders and reclaim. Applications can be found in infill for artificial turf, TPE’s, fillers or as a substitute for virgin EPDM.

Coated infill
Goal: leach protection and colour modification of black granulate.

By coating standard car or truck tyre granulate possible Zn-leaching can be significantly reduced. Furthermore coating provides the material with a different colour. 

Whole tyre powder
Goal: cheap alternative for the currently used fine powder of pure truck treads.

Using fine powder from whole tyre material in compounds results in cost reduction.
